This Privacy Policy explains how Crestz Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use ProjectGlance (the "Service"), available at app.projectglance.com.

By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

Account information — your name and email address when an account is created for you, or your password if you sign in with email and password.
Content — projects, trackers, tasks, comments, attachments, and other data you create or upload while using the Service.
Communications — messages you send to us for support.

2.2 Information from single sign-on (SSO) providers

If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive a limited profile from that provider — typically your name, email address, and a unique identifier — solely to authenticate you and create or match your account. We do not receive your provider password, and we only request basic openid, email, and profile scopes.

2.3 Information collected automatically

Usage and device data — such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate activity, used to operate and secure the Service.
Cookies and local storage — used to keep you signed in and remember preferences. See section 7.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To authenticate you and secure your account, including via Google/Microsoft SSO.
To enable AI-assisted features you choose to use (see section 5).
To send service-related and, where enabled, notification emails.
To detect, prevent, and address abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), your consent (for optional features such as certain emails or AI processing), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. AI features and sub-processors

Some optional features send the content you submit to third-party AI providers to generate responses, summaries, or transcriptions. This processing happens only when you actively use those features. Your account credentials are never shared with these providers. We use the following categories of sub-processors:

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

Within your organization — content is visible to other members of your organization according to your roles and permissions.
With sub-processors — service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms (section 5).
For legal reasons — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage that are strictly necessary to operate the Service — primarily to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear these via your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out.

8. Data retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When an account or organization is deleted, associated content is removed from active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our sub-processors operate. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@projectglance.com. If your account was created by an organization administrator, some requests may be directed to that organization.

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
