Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProjectGlance (the "Service"), operated by Crestz Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Accounts may be created by you or provisioned by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You may authenticate using email and password or via a third-party single sign-on provider (Google or Microsoft). Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms.
Notify us promptly at support@projectglance.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. The Service

ProjectGlance provides project, tracker, and task management tools, including optional AI-assisted features. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload ("Your Content").
You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your organization.
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product, except to the extent permitted by law.
Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

5. AI features

Optional AI features generate output based on the input you provide and may use third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. You must not use AI features to generate prohibited content.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as authentication, email, and AI services). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Crestz Solutions and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Service.

8. Fees

If any portion of the Service is offered for a fee, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be presented to you separately. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete Your Content as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRESTZ SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR, IF THE SERVICE WAS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, INR 5,000.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crestz Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
